  • Digital Goods: The current system and store functionality provide Digital Copies Only (PDF files, Google Drive links, and digital assets).
  • No Physical Shipment: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page, no physical hard copy, book, or box will be shipped to your address. All fulfillment is electronic via email or direct download.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.
  • 7-Day Non-Delivery Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date ONLY IF the digital product was not successfully delivered to you (e.g., you did not receive the email, the download link is broken, or a technical error prevented access).
  • No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: We DO NOT offer refunds based on personal taste, dissatisfaction with the story content, difficulty level, or a change of mind. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and understand the nature of the content.
  • How to Claim: To claim a non-delivery refund, you must contact us at [support@questnight.store] with your Order ID. We will first attempt to manually resend the files. If access still cannot be granted, a refund will be processed via your original payment method (Stripe).

4. License and Intellectual Property

All content included in the “Enchanted Reals” collection and on QuestNight.store (including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads) is the property of QuestNight.store or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws.
  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Restrictions: You may NOT:
    • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others.
    • Upload the files to public file-sharing websites.
    • Use the content for any commercial purpose (including paid DMing services) without express written permission from us.
  • Violation: Any unauthorized use or resale of our content will result in immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.
